Typographical Errors
In the event that a NaturaLee Hair Care product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, NaturaLee Hair Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. NaturaLee Hair Care reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, NaturaLee Hair Care shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

PRODUCTS DISCOLORATION OR SPOILING

IT IS UP TO YOU TO MAKE SURE YOUR NATURAL PRODUCTS ARE STORED CORRECTLY.ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE WITH NATURAL PRESERVATIVES BUT SOME MAY STILL NEED REFRIGERATION.MY DEEP CONDITIONER IS MADE WITH MOROCCAN RED CLAY SO IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA FOR YOU TO KEEP THAT PRODUCT REFRIGERATED WHEN ITS NOT IN USE SO THE PRODUCT DOES NOT DEVELOP MOLD.IF YOU ORDER TWO OF THE SAME PRODUCTS AND THE COLORS ARE DIFFERENT THAT DOES NOT MEAN YOUR PRODUCTS ARE GOING BAD.NATURAL INGREDIENTS DOES NOT ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME COLORS .NATURAL BUTTERS COME IN DIFFERENT SHADES.FOR EXAMPLE, THERES WHITE SHEA BUTTER AND YELLOW SHEA BUTTER.NONE OF MY BUTTERS OR OILS ARE REFINED SO THEY ARE ORGANIC AND PURE.WHEN YOUR ORDER IS PLACED YOUR PRODUCTS WILL BE MADE AND KEPT IN A COOL PLACE UNTIL IT IS PACKAGED AND SHIPPED. ******NOTE: DURING THE HOTTER MONTHS IF YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT AND IT SEEMS WATERY,PLACE THE PRODUCT IN THE REFRIGERATOR FOR A FEW MINUTES TO GET IT BACK TO ITS NORMAL CONSISTENCY. WRONG OR MISSPELLED ADDRESS:
